Cauliflower Steaks and Potassium Spears


Begin making the most delicious vegetables with the following ingredients: a massive head of cauliflower, a large bunch of asparagus stalks, peanut oil, a fresh lemon, sea salt, and coarse ground black pepper. Start by slicing the cauliflower into one inch thick steaks. Cover with peanut oil and then season with sea salt and pepper. Dredge and season the asparagus. Austin Food & Wine Festival 2013


Hubby and I attended the second annual Austin Food and Wine Festival. We went to the inaugural festival last year and were so excited to return. We Over Me Farm


In Texas, folks love their kids, their sports, and their God. So when Paul Quinn College, an HBCU in Dallas, decided to transform their football field into two acres of farmland, people thought the school had lost their mind! Happy Pi Day
