Cauliflower Steaks and Potassium Spears

Begin making the most delicious vegetables with the following ingredients: a massive head of cauliflower, a large bunch of asparagus stalks, peanut oil, a fresh lemon, sea salt, and coarse ground black pepper.

Start by slicing the cauliflower into one inch thick steaks. Cover with peanut oil and then season with sea salt and pepper.

Dredge and season the asparagus.

Grill the cauliflower on high heat with the cover on for at least ten minutes. Rotate. Grill for another five minutes. Flip and grill for another 5-10 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower and add asparagus to the grill.

Spritz with a half lemon. Cook for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Enjoy crunchy, delicious veggies!
