
I’m on a healthy eating kick that started 24 hours ago. My girlfriend, Morgan, gave me a beginner’s protein shake recipe, so this morning for breakfast I blended frozen strawberries and blueberries, one tightly packed cup of baby spinach, a splash of apple juice and a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder. The result was very healthy tasting. I’m glad I added strawberries and may even add a drop of lemon next time to brighten it up.
