I had planned so many good things for Thanksgiving, but unfortunately Gadget fell ill, so we had an abbreviated version. The menu below details what was originally planned. I made nameplates for all our guests and even bought a centerpiece. I don’t regret any of the planning, but Gadget has helped me put it into perspective. This will be our last year going all out for one meal. Next year, we will be saving a few pennies and not getting a big dry bird, that no one in the house really likes.
So here is the cute menu I made, printed and mounted into a $3 display. Oh, and yes smeared is spelled wrong. Intentionally.
